Hi my darlings! Today included lots of housekeeping and note taking but it was worth it!

- We started out the class period discussing algebraic expressions and practicing some more with another worksheet. After this we took notes on addition, subtraction, multiplication and division and the jargon and terminology that goes along with making and completing problems dealing with algebraic expressions
- Then! We went to the library to work more on expressions and you made your own algebraic expression problems that you will give to your classmates to stump tomorrow! Get ready! Next week is going to entail MAJOR biome time!

1. You came in, showed me that data from a stem and leaf plot can be used to make a histogram
2. We made a tri fold in our blue paper listing each graph - and you decided which questions from your survey are appropriate for each type of graph -- line, bar, histogram, line plot, pictograph, stem and leaf plot
3. You finished the blue sheet!
TOMORROW THE COW IS DUE! Remember to cross out and justify your repeats ! Remember that IXL tasks need to be up to 90 for all! (we will have some time in the computer lab!)
Can't wait to see you! My advisory - bring a t-shirt that we can use for our secret thing!
Who will have the most creative costume!
Cheers!
Ms. T
